  • Attended Fresno schools and graduated from Fresno High School in 1957.
  • B.A. Degree (English) in 1962 from San Francisco State College.
  • Juris Doctor Degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California, in 1968.
Professional Experience:

1969 through 1970, Deputy District Attorney, Fresno County District Attorney's Office. 1970 through 1973, partner, Law Offices of Smith, Diaso and Nuttall, Fresno, California. 1973 through 1980, sole practitioner, Law Offices of Roger T. Nuttall, Inc. 1980 through 1988, partner in the law firm of Nuttall Berman and Magill.

1988 through 2004, partner in the law firm of Nuttall Berman Attorneys. 2004 through present, partner in Law Offices of Nuttall & Coleman. 1984 through the present, partner in the Salt Lake City law firm of Nuttall, Brown & Coutts. Mr. Nuttall has tried well over 200 jury trials over the past 36 years in state and federal courts, and he enjoys an "AV" Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
